After you sign up for your trial, you can access all the features of Enterprise plan for 15 days. If you want to trial a specific plan, just contact us. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with Protoco before you buy the product. At any point during your trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card from within your account.

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription instantly. If you wish to downgrade or cancel your subscription, you can do so at the end of your term. Click on ‘Manage Subscription’ in your Protoco account to modify your subscription details.

At the end of your trial, your data and setup remains intact. You can login and select a plan to purchase.

No. Protoco is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want but your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your term. Plans are month-to month or annual.

We offer a discounted price for subscriptions billed annually. The prices shown on this page reflect this annual discount. We also offer volume discounts to enable you to use Protoco across your different offices and locations. Contact us for more details.

For online transactions, we accept PayPal. We will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All of our offline payments follow USD & AED pricing.

We take security seriously, our servers are hosted in world-class data centers that are under 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches to keep your data safe.

No, there are no hidden charges. If you’re on the monthly plan, you’ll be charged once a month on your renewal date. If you’re on the yearly plan, we only charge one fee upfront for the whole year, and your card will not be charged until your renewal date the following year. (Note: VAT fees may apply if you’re purchasing from within the UAE.)

For register visitors and deliveries, you'll need an iPad 3 or newer running iOS 8+. We also recommend an iPad stand.
